This icon is from Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church, Mount Lebanon, Pennsylvania, (near Pittsburgh) It is in the dome, just under the Pantocrator. She is in supplication to Christ for us. It is by the hand of Constantine Youssis. Inscription is in Greek.
