Let us stand aright; let us stand with fear; let us attend, that we may offer the Holy Oblation in peace.

This icon of Christ is the Pantocrator which means ruler or judge over all. It is the largest icon in the Church. This icon is on the ceiling facing down over all who gather in the church. Notice the book is closed. This is an icon of Christ at the Final Judgment. The banner reads: "The Lord looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men. From the place of his dwelling He looks upon all those who live on earth. He considers all their works He fashions their hearts alike."

This icon is from St. Spyridon's Greek Orthodox Church, Monessen, Pennsylvania, by the hand of Constantine Youssis. Inscription is in Greek.
