King David & Righteous Jonathan

David and Jonathan were close friends. Jonathan was Saul's son. Saul was mad and wanted to kill David, but Jonathan revealed the plot to David and hid him saving his life. Jonathan was willing to die for David. Instead of being jealous of defending his accession to the throne, he was glad to see David survive and be blessed. Read their story in 1 Samuel 18 to 23.
