How To Order from "Come and See"

How to order from

Go to Icons, Books, Art, NoteCards, or Prayers Cards.

View any icon you are interested in, by clicking on its name.

Write down or remember the part #s and names of the items you want to order.

Click on Order Form. (The Order Form is on a secure server and is 128 bit encrypted.) Fill it out. Include your mailing address, and your physical, street address (if it is different), along with your evening phone number and e-mail address. Shipping is 10% of the total order with a minimum of $7 per order for US. Canada, is 20% with a minimum of $11. All payments are to be in US Dollars. For overseas orders, we will e-mail your full invoice with shipping rates and await payment, before shipping. Please provide valid payment information at the time that you order. Thank you!

When you are sure your order is correct, Click "Submit."

A screen will appear that will state what you just ordered. You may want to print that out, in case there is any confusion, you will be able to refer to the information that was sent to us.

We will e-mail you an order confirmation with a total due, invoice number, expected shipping date and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) at your door. We try to get everything out in a timely fashion, but we ask that you allow 2 to 3 weeks for icons ordered. Check Announcements for any special considerations that may delay your order. If you need something in a hurry (within 2 weeks), we are sometimes able to accommodate you, but we ask for a $20 in house rush fee and/or whatever the appropriate faster shipping costs are, paid on a credit card. Church Bookstore discounts do not apply to rush orders.

We ask that you prepay or pay with a credit card for all orders. We will be producing icons ordered only after receiving valid payment information. If you request your order to be sent to you as a rush, it is imperative that you include payment information at the time that you order as we will not produce what you order until that information is received. For those choosing to pay by check, we will not produce your order until the check is received.

YOUR TRANSACTION IS NOT PROCESSED LIVE ON THE WEB. You will be emailed a confirmation invoice when we receive your order. Please review this and email us or call us with any corrections. If you do use a credit card, please be sure that we have the name of the Cardholder AS IT APPEARS ON THE ACCOUNT and BILLING ADDRESS OF THE ACCOUNT. The charge will not process if these do not match up with the account number. In most cases we charge your account when we ship the merchandise.

Please note that we do not require credit cards for purchases. We are quite aware that some are still hesitant about transmitting charge card information over the web. We offer it as a convenience. If you want to pay by credit card, but do not want to enter it on the form, you can mail us a copy of the printed out emailed invoice with your account number, exp. date, name AS IT APPEARS ON THE ACCOUNT and BILLING ADDRESS OF THE ACCOUNT to us and we can then process it. Or you can just pay by check.

Return Policy:
Please notify us immediately if you receive damaged or defective products, referencing your Invoice #. All returns must be considered within 30 days of receipt of products in question.
No returns will be accepted unless there is a return approved prior to shipment of the returns and the problem is a material or workmanship imperfection from our production outside of the original artwork which is shown clearly on our website. We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as defective workmanship, so please provide us with the exact complaint concerning the product in question.
A 25% restocking fee is charged for all returns that are not damaged or are found to be without defect. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, as well as any additional shipping charges for replacement product.
