With the flow of the many-streamed river of almsgiving thou didst water the dry earth of the needy and shower alms on the widows and poor; thou didst shine forth with the light of thy works and wast radiant with grace, O Tamar. Glory to Christ Who loves thee; glory to Christ Who has blessed thee; glory to Christ Whom thou didst follow as a true disciple and a spotless lamb.

The text above is printed on the back with the icon on the front. It is a 2" x 4" card encapsulated in 10 mil mylar laminate with rounded corners for overall dimensions of 2-1/4" x 4-1/4". It is one of the "cloud of witnesses" series from St. Philip's Antiochian Orthodox Church, Souderton, PA. (See Hebrews 12:1-2.) The icon is by the hand of Nick Papas.
