Desiring the supernal glory of God, thou didst toil for Him to the end of thine earthly life; and, having laboured well, thou didst increase the talant He entrusted to thy care, being faithful to Christ our God, Whom do thou earnestly entreat, that we be saved who hymn thee, O glorious King David.

The text above is printed on the back with the icon on the front. It is one of the "cloud of witnesses" series from St. Philip's Antiochian Orthodox Church, Souderton, PA. (See Hebrews 12:1-2.) The icon is by the hand of Nick Papas.
