the Yukon Delta; you offered yourself as a living sacrifice To
bring light to a searching people. Offspring of Russian America,
flower of brotherly unity, healer of sickness and terror of
demons: O holy father Jacob, pray to Christ God that our souls
may be saved.
The text above is printed on the back with the icon on the front. It is a 2-5/8" x 4" card encapsulated in 5 mil mylar laminate with rounded corners for overall dimensions of 2-7/8" x 4-1/4". This icon is by the hand of an iconographer who wishes to be anonymous*. It is from the private collection of Father Joseph Butts.
